Care
THDcare exists to offer help to the people of THD and the surrounding community. This is primarily done through visiting people in the hospital or nursing homes or those who are confined to their own home, meeting with people in need, providing meals and also referring people to the appropriate counselors and/or agencies if required.
To request contact from someone on the Care Team, simply go to the Care Request Form and share a little basic information. Someone will contact you as soon as possible! Be assured that all requests are confidential and will only be shared with members of the Care Team and Elders/Staff.
